Our garage door needed repairing. When we called, Precision Door was there at the time that they said. The cost was explained before the repairs done. George was professional and repairs was done in a couple of hours.

Same day service scheduled, was pleased with availability. Jared arrived early, was knowledgeable about problem (broken spring) and how to repair with superior parts (springs, rollers, cables, etc.) He completed the work in time frame given (approximately one hour). He was personable, answered all questions, and represents your company with excellence. Should the need arise, I would contact Precision again and would be pleased to have Jared as technician.

We called on a Saturday for an appointment, and we were able to book an appointment that coming Monday...other competitors were at least a week out for bookings! Our appointment window was from 8am-10am, we received a call from our technician, Tyler L., at 8:10 am letting us know that he would arrive in approximately 25 minutes, which he was right on time! Our appointment was initially just for a consultation/estimate, but we decided to go ahead and have it done, and to our surprise, he informed us they would be able to do it immediately! Everything was all done and wrapped up before 10am! Tyler and the other technician were very efficient, professional and friendly. We were highly impressed with Precision and will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends! The reason why we went with Precision in the first place was all the wonderful reviews, and they definitely held up to those amazing reviews!

I thought the garage door opener had a broken part and it would not open. I could not get the drive to engage after the disconnect had been pulled. It turned out, I was not doing it correctly. The technician immediately pulled it into place and showed me what I was doing wrong. Cost me $75 for one minute of effort on his part. He was knowledgeable, explained it to me and was professional and courteous in his demeanor. He was unable to replace the rubber strip on the bottom of the 1 3/8" door which was a disappointment. I would have given him 5 stars if he had taken the time to do the advertised 25 point safety inspection and looked the opener, tracks, etc. over to see if there was anything else that needed attention. He did not offer to do this and I did not think about it at the time. (I was too embarrassed about not being able to figure out the easy fix on my own.) I would have felt better about spending the money if he had taken the time to look things over as the actual fix took no more than a minute. So, I paid quite a bit for his driving time. That being said, I would call again if I had a problem with either of my doors.

Gary & Logan did a great job with our door replacement. Trusted their recommendations, and the work was done well. Would be 5 stars, but back office stuff needs cleaned up. First, they couldn't make the original install date due to another job taking longer than expected. Then, they came with the wrong door. Finally, no receipt was sent as promised, and when I called and requested one, it was a blank invoice. Again, great workmanship & product, poor operational support.

They repairman automatically tried to sell me an $1800 repair without trying anything else. I found another company who repaired it in 5 minutes. I did get an estimate on doing the same work provision quoted. The quote was less than half of provisions price. Precision is a Total rip off company

My experience with Precision was impressive from my first phone call to the installation of 2 new garage doors, key pads, etc.! Your service rep was prompt, attentive to my questions, and showed up exactly when he said he would, plus called to confirm he was on his way. He had his truck stocked with everything he needed to complete the job, so he was able to finish in the length of time he estimated. I would definitely go with Precision Overhead for all my garage installation or service needs!!!

Impossible to get an estimate or warranty information before they come out and charge a service call (overpriced). The tech did not "weigh the door" as advertised on the phone and online in order to tell what type of spring was needed. People who answered the phone were only providing minimal information and scheduling appointments. Plan seems to be to get a service call scheduled and try to sell you springs and service at double the price of most other companies. Once the tech was here, he was very efficient, after the hard sell. Overall appearance is that they are trying to take advantage of the situation but service is okay. Very over priced and will not use them again or recommend them.

Second time using Precision door. Everything is straight forward and easy. This time we had a very old opener that was slipping into manual about 50% of the time. They came out, replaced the connection arm to the motor, and we were back up and running in under an hour.

This was absolutely pain free! I called late Saturday evening and got an 8 am appointment. The technician called prior to arriving. He was knowledgeable and went right to work and finished in no time! Highly recommend.

I selected Precision because they offered prompt service even in my rural location. Once the appointment was made I was impressed with the quality and quantity of communication regarding my appointment time and who would be arriving to service the door. The technician called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and diagnosed the problem as soon as he set foot in my garage! He explained my options well but did not pressure me to pick one over another; instead was friendly, informative and helpful. When I decided to purchase a new door he worked to accommodate my schedule. My door will be installed in a couple of days and I look forward to the same exceptional service on that date!
