Had a broken cable on one side. Allen showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window and assessed the problem. In which case he installed a lot heavier cable and drum to insure no future problems. I am very pleased with the fact that he didn't try to make it seem worse and try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He explained everything in detail during installation, and performed a great service. Which in this day and age is not very common. I would definitely recommend Precision based on my experience with them to everyone. Glad I found their internet add, and if I ever have another problem, I will call these guys hands down.

I have used Precision Door several times over the years and had to call today for repair. They were able to come same day and actually arrived an hour earlier than expected! Called to say on his way...of course. Had a him do a tune up since he was here anyway. Always great and timely service!

My garage door broke and I getting ready to go visit my wife in the hospital. I couldn't get out of the garage. When I told the guy my wife was in the hospital. He was so thoughtful got my garage door opened so I could get my car out. He said you go to your wife we can talk more about the repair later. He didn't even charge me anything. That's just shows that there are still nice people in this world. I will get my garage door replace when my wife gets out of the hospital and this will be the company I choose. Thank-you so much. I'll be honest...I just looked you up in the Yellow Pages. But when I talked to you all on the phone, I knew I'd made the right choice. Andy showed up on time and was very professional. The funny thing was, our garage door baffled him, too (which I gotta say, was comforting to hear!). We'd been dealing with our door NOT closing for several years and we could never fix the problem.
