Kevin was so courteous and so fast! I was extremely impressed with the quickness of the quote to installation - 2 days! And then, when he came to install, called before he arrived and was done just in time for my appointment - just at 2 hours to complete. The door looks and sounds great! It's a perfect match for my house and I am excited to see how it behaves this summer to keep it cool in the garage! I was also impressed that John (owner) came out to do the initial quote - definitely know he's invested in his company and also checked in on installation day to verify he had the order accurate and ready to go. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!

Austin arrived within a couple of hours of my call to Precision Door Service. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was short the part I needed for my garage door repair. (He had used it on another repair earlier that day). A call to the office did not locate another tech in the area. The next morning he arrived, made the repair and adjusted my garage door to avoid further problems in the future. I placed your company sticker on the door for future reference.

The technician arrived in less than 2 hours after my call. Austin is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the work he was doing and costs involved. He is a very hard worker as well as polite. Even gave me a free battery for my opener. Cleaned up everything afterwards. He was able to get the opener working again rather than me having to purchase a whole new unit. Would use Precision again.

I have used Precision Door several times over the years and had to call today for repair. They were able to come same day and actually arrived an hour earlier than expected! Called to say on his way...of course. Had a him do a tune up since he was here anyway. Always great and timely service!

The entire group did a great job! Our problem occurred on a Friday night around 4:45 and we called as soon as the garage door would not come down. They walked us thorugh what to do for the night and installed a new gargae door opener the next day when we were out of town. The temperature was 13 degrees outside. They called us a couple times during the instalation to keep updated on their progress. What a professional organization. Dont hesitate to use them.

We found ourselves in a bind. Our double garage door was inoperable and stuck in the fully open position. To add insult to injury, rain was in the forecast! Our other concern was critters entering the garage, as we live in a wooded area. We called the office at 3:00pm and were impressed by Heidi's professionalism and assurance that they would help us, now matter what time it was. Austin, the technician had a job before ours which kept him tied up until 7:30pm. When he arrived it was dark and he had been working all day. This did not stop Austin. He was prepared to do the job… now! We were so relieved. He looked at the door. It had several issues which he pointed out. He did NOT try to oversell us. He recommended an overhaul job which replaces important working parts of the door. He did not try to sell us a new door. It was apparent that the overhaul was exactly what we needed. We agreed and he went right to work. Two hours later our door was working like new! Our experience with this company was honest, reliable and straightforward. No hype or attempt to oversell. A word about Austin… Even after working all day and into the night on our job he was excellent and committed to doing the job right. Austin and this company get my highest recommendation. I called Precision at 8:00 am and they had someone (Austin) out to address my problems at 3:30 (right on time and he called 15 minutes before arriving). Austin was very personable from the second he got out of his truck. He quickly surveyed my garage door and let me know what needed to be done and what he recommended. He was finished in less than an hour, talking to me the entire time about what he was doing and making suggestions as to how to keep the garage door in good working order. He went above and beyond, completely tuning up not only the door but also taking care of a minor issue with my garage door opener. I couldn't be happier with the job he did and his professionalism.

From the beginning phone call in the front office through completed installation, it was a very pleasant experience. All questions were answered, the work was done efficiently and timely. I would completely recommend them. I started with a broken spring and ended up with an overhaul. The difference in operation is markedly improved.

I was looking for some help a few months ago with an issue my garage door opener was having and assumed the worst and it needed to be replaced. I called Precision and explained and John told me how to fix it over the phone!! I was prepared for a service call (and cost) and he fixed over the phone at no charge. Great service. Fast forward few months and I want to install a third opener to our outer garage so I find Precision number and call on a Saturday night at 11:14 PM to leave a message asking for a call back and John answers the phone!!! I was so embarrassed to be bothering him but he asked me questions on what I was looking for a promised to call me Monday as I insisted we get off the phone. My first encounter with you company was with Heidi, who was extremely helpful. Although she at first said someone could come out on Wednesday when I asked if it was possible for them to come today she did not hesitate to work something out for me. She was great. Jeremy was my technician and I must say he was great. He was very helpful in explaining things to me, and was efficient and precise with his work. I was extremely impressed in that it only took an hour to install my new garage door opener and for him to install a keypad. Top notch! They came out Wednesday to look at my garage door and worked around my schedule. The repair man came out said I needed a new garage door (did not push me into purchasing one like some). Saturday they came out and installed the garage door. The installer was friendly, on time, had knowledge of the product, and professional. It only took him an hour and a half to install the garage door. It was even his scheduled day off! I would recommend Precision to anyone. An outstanding job! Thank You
