Although she at first said someone could come out on Wednesday when I asked if it was possible for them to come today she did not hesitate to work something out for me. She was great. Jeremy was my technician and I must say he was great. He was very helpful in explaining things to me, and was efficient and precise with his work. I was extremely impressed in that it only took an hour to install my new garage door opener and for him to install a keypad. Top notch! They came out Wednesday to look at my garage door and worked around my schedule. The repair man came out said I needed a new garage door (did not push me into purchasing one like some). Saturday they came out and installed the garage door. The installer was friendly, on time, had knowledge of the product, and professional. It only took him an hour and a half to install the garage door. It was even his scheduled day off! I would recommend Precision to anyone. An outstanding job! Thank You
