Allen, again and as always, arrived well with-in the time frame that His prior telephone, said He would arrive. It was great seeing him again with the exception that our garage door needed to be adjusted. We had a good visit, our garage door was adjusted, I paid the service charge and Allen headed for his next call. GREAT JOB and thank you for Your Outstanding Service your company provides. Warm Regards.....howard and Carol C.

Very happy with service....fixed original problem in 5 minutes...told me what was going on with garage door/opener but didn't pressure me to get further service...I did end up getting a new opener...because I trusted them...they installed the opener and all accessories....very timely, professional, helpful...and much more reasonable than another quote I received.

My first encounter with you company was with Heidi, who was extremely helpful. Although she at first said someone could come out on Wednesday when I asked if it was possible for them to come today she did not hesitate to work something out for me. She was great. Jeremy was my technician and I must say he was great. He was very helpful in explaining things to me, and was efficient and precise with his work. I was extremely impressed in that it only took an hour to install my new garage door opener and for him to install a keypad. Your company had been recommended by my son-in-law, and he was right in that your personnel are efficient and extremely professional. My thanks to both Heidi and Jeremy Millie Jones

Top notch! They came out Wednesday to look at my garage door and worked around my schedule. The repair man came out said I needed a new garage door (did not push me into purchasing one like some). Saturday they came out and installed the garage door. The installer was friendly, on time, had knowledge of the product, and professional. It only took him an hour and a half to install the garage door. It was even his scheduled day off! I would recommend Precision to anyone. An outstanding job! Thank You

Great service and arrive at the front end of the time span noted for appointment. Appointment was for general service. Replaced the keypad with a new one. The garage door had never been service. We are the new owners of the property. My daughter recommended your company and has used your service for several years. Thank you.

This is the second or third time I have had them out to service one of my two garage doors in 13 years. They do a great job and advise on what I really need, not just make a sale. Always try to fix first. Fast and excellent service. Never disappointed.
