Fantastic company and service! Very flexible in setting the appointment to my schedule and received e-mails and phone calls prior verifying the appointment. Tech also called prior to arrival and was even early, which was awesome considering the snowy conditions. Joey Albers was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Would recommend him and the company to anyone needing garage door service!

Joey did a great fob, he replaced the broken spring and upgraded the second spring and the the pullies and wire and rollers, checked .his work by using two fingers to lift the door and close the door unhooked from the motor. Thanks Joey!

Thank you! The service was very professional and helpful from the beginning. I called at 8am and had a professional installer arrive less than 4 hours later on the same day, the day after Christmas. The costs may seem more expensive but it's well worth it. Quality and professionalism providing quick and friendly service when you need it is well worth while. The door opener and drive belt was installed in about an hour. Thanks so much!

Our main, overhead garage door broke on Wednesday night, and by Thursday afternoon, Precision Door Service had it back up and running. The response time was impeccable, and furthermore, the customer service experience with the repair technician (Will Abbott) was seamless, professional, and first-class!!!

Joey Albers was the tech who did the work on our garage-door opener (full replacement) and all related support items. He was punctual, and highly professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and got the job done in great time, including showing us how to marry our vehs. to the new opener. Everything works great. Job well done Joey! We have lived at our house for 30 years and our garage door has never worked as good or sounded so quiet. Excellent, quality service and the technician Joey did a great and fast job for the amount of work it took to get working again. Don't know if I will need a new garage door or opener in the future but Precision would be my first call.

I’ve always use Precision door as they used to be the least expensive. I called this time without even asking about their prices and they came in adjusted one screw less than 15 minutes and charge me almost $200. They will not be coming back.

When I called for service, the Precision agent efficiently collected the relevant information, gave me an acceptable window for service, and provided me with my technicians name. On the day of service I got an email featuring a picture of my technician and a brief biosketch. Joey, the technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, rendered his diagnoses, and prepared an invoice, which I accepted. He had the parts he needed on his truck a was able to get to work immediately. I had a broken hinge which he replaced, and he lubricated all the wheels. In response to my question, he examined the springs again and pronounced them safe. Throughout his time working on my doors, he was pleasant, efficient, and I believe, effective. I have Precision Garage Door Service listed in my contact list and will call on them should I need further service.

Same day response when scheduled the garage door repair. TJ was very professional and personable. He fixed the garage door quickly. He suggested some other services but was not high pressure to do them. I recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
