We have lived at our house for 30 years and our garage door has never worked as good or sounded so quiet. Excellent, quality service and the technician Joey did a great and fast job for the amount of work it took to get working again. Don't know if I will need a new garage door or opener in the future but Precision would be my first call.

I’ve always use Precision door as they used to be the least expensive. I called this time without even asking about their prices and they came in adjusted one screw less than 15 minutes and charge me almost $200. They will not be coming back.

When I called for service, the Precision agent efficiently collected the relevant information, gave me an acceptable window for service, and provided me with my technicians name. On the day of service I got an email featuring a picture of my technician and a brief biosketch. Joey, the technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, rendered his diagnoses, and prepared an invoice, which I accepted. He had the parts he needed on his truck a was able to get to work immediately. I had a broken hinge which he replaced, and he lubricated all the wheels. In response to my question, he examined the springs again and pronounced them safe. Throughout his time working on my doors, he was pleasant, efficient, and I believe, effective. I have Precision Garage Door Service listed in my contact list and will call on them should I need further service.
