Prompt service, called before arrival. Complete inspection, as well as replacing springs. Parts were of much better quality than original and all rollers lubed as well. Would recommend to anyone needing service. Brent did a great job.

I would never use this company again. Quoted on phone $250.00 to replace garage door spring. When they came out said was $480.00. There was a $75.00 service charge also that they never told you about. When was told $250.00 that was installation and all. But this company did not stand behind their so called "valuable customer service". We had checked with other companies before calling them and their prices were $250.00 complete also, so we chose Precision because they seemed customer care oriented. Never again! This company is not what they promote to be. Beware - chose a different garage door company. Read the other reviews. Seems to be a pattern.

Precision upgraded our garage door about 16 months or so ago and we are well pleased with the door. Today was just a roller getting loose an falling out and Brian took care of it for us .Brian was terrific and we are glad to use Precision!! Thanks Tom

Saw ad on google search looking for a garage door repair read reviews and made decision. I’ve had no experience with this type of business before and was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I was told when technician would arrive and he was on time as scheduled. Brian was very polite and friendly explained my repair options did the repair and made sure we were completely happy with the repair. I would recommend this company and would call again if repairs or replacement is ever needed.

I was very impressed with Brent who assessed my old garage door opener and then went through each item with me. The major problem could not be repaired and I had to purchase a new one. He explained all my 4 choices in detail. He was very knowledgeable, personable,, kind and had it installed and cleaned up in about 1 1/2 hours. Garage door spring broke over Memorial Day weekend. Called the 24 hour line on Sunday afternoon and the phone was answered by an actual person! Tuesday afternoon door was fixed and better than new. People say you get what you pay for. In the case of Precision this is absolutely true. Friendly, Prompt, Skilled Technician. Communication was excellent. Highly Recommend!!
