Today, we had Brent Stringfellow come to our home. He was reviewing a repeat issue where our cable appeared to have broken. Brent explained it appeared to have the wrong parts used on the previous repair. After he completed the repair, he stated it was no charge. He was prompt, polite and gave great insight. We had a garage door issue and our garage was not opening at our house we just closed on. It was a surprise issue we were not expecting as we prepare to move-in. Great service -- I messaged on Sunday and Joey came out by 10:00 on Monday. He replaced the garage opener and replaced the wheels for the garage door which were showing a lot of wear and tear. Everything done in about an hour and 1/2. Would definitely recommend Precision

Pat 12/26/23 Torsion springs replacement (left & right) The tech was very nice, professional & on time & was finished in about 30 mins. My problem was the price $345 per spring, plus bearings & service charge fee = sticker shock!!! And that was with a military discount of 5%

Wanted someone that could come today. Called about 10:45 am. Was told they could have someone here between 12 and 2 pm. Got a call about 20 minutes later that if I was home, he'd be on his way. Had it fixed and gone before my 12 -2 pm appointment. The sensor lights were out. He showed me the problem before fixing and told me exactly what it was going to cost.

Found my garage door inoperative this morning and the spring was broken at the top. I called Precision and spoke to helpful people who were able to get me a repairman out within a couple hours. Friendly rep came out and had the door fixed quickly, faster than I imagined. Efficient. Now everything is back to perfect. I would call Precision again if I ever have issues with my garage door system.
