The technician came out to my property because i was under the impression that the opener was broken. The technician looked at the door and realized that it was a spring that was broken. I was informed that it was another company that installed the springs previously. The was very helpful and explained what i would need to do. I appreciate the help and information and will call you for assistance in the future should the opener need to be repaired for replaced. Thank you very much for coming out and looking at the problem.

1/10 would not recommend. Called and asked for a price estimate to replace a garage door seal. Guy tells me one price ($300 worst case), so I agree to send a tech out. Tech comes out and gives me a price that is 50% greater than original price estimate ($450). I’ve got to sell my home in a hurry, so I agree to go forward even tho I feel cheated. I reach out to the owner, the owner calls me to discuss, tells me it’s my problem in the friendliest terms possible. The person I spoke to initially over the said the seal could anywhere from $5 a foot to $13 a foot. Turns out, they charged me $18.75 a foot for the seal. The person I spoke to over the phone also omitted the labor charge of $150. They did tell me about a $75 service fee, which I assumed included labor. Yeah, all my problem. Well, this review is now your problem. If you want to business with an honest transparent company, keep looking!

Overall service was good but the price of $299.99 for each PDS Green Powder Coated .218 x 31" - 1 3/4" I.D. Torsion Spring is over four times the cost of the same size Duralast torsion spring from HomeDepot. Will not be using again in the future.

My garage door was not closing properly and would not open at all at 5:30 on a Friday night. I was not able to get assistance until I tried Precision door. They set up a Monday morning appointment for me and correctly diagnosed the repair needed. Jared, who diagnosed the problem, was courteous and knowledgeable. The scheduler who took my call on Friday was also courteous and helpful. I would definitely give these folks a call if you need assistance with your garage door!

Precision Door does annual preventative maintence on our garage doors, which they installed several years ago. This keeps our garage door in good condition. Kevin called and texted us before he came out. He was on time, courteous, and does and excellent job.

Great job Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! Your repairman, George, called to relay his anticipated arrival time. George was professional and very pleasant. He checked our broken spring as well as looking over our entire garage door system. He showed me we had worn out rollers which he indicated he could replace as part of the needed spring repair. He worked very diligently while we also conversed about the repairs. I am very pleased with the - replacement parts (springs and rollers), - installation/repair quality, and - most of all the personal touch and professionalism George provided.

I started the day with a bang! The garage door spring broke and my car was stuck in the garage! The 16 foot insulated door was too heavy to lift! I searched garage door service company’s on my phone and the first company I tried said they could put me on the schedule for Wednesday which is 6 days out! I said thanks but that won’t work! The next call was to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service which has a five star rating! The person l talked to said they could have someone there between noon and two o’clock which I was happy to hear. They said the service technician would give me a call when they were about 20 to 25 minutes away! I received a call from service tech Kevin O’Hara and 20 minutes later he was in the driveway! He gave me an estimate to replace the broken spring but suggested replacement of both springs due to the age of the parts which I also thought was the correct thing to do. He explained the cost and warranty for that repair. He also said that he could do a complete overhaul which covered the springs, bearings, cable drums, nylon rollers, and torsion cables and that has a lifetime warranty! I went with the complete rebuild and glad I did. The door operates so much quieter. I will recommend Precision in the future for garage door work! And I will ask for Kevin O’Hara as the service tech. He had the complete rebuild finished in less than one hour! The quality of work was excellent!

So far so good. Adam was very nice to our husky. He noticed right away what was wrong. Couple who flipped our house used tape to hold up the frame until it finally crapped out. The service tech did an outstanding job. However I believe I was overcharged for the job in comparison to other reputable door repair companies. I paid $375 whereas other companies charge $225. Do you have a lowest price guarantee?
