Technician (Jeff H.) was at my house approx 1.5hrs after I called. Torsion springs, pulleys, and rollers were replaced in less than an hour. Everything is back in working order and the work and parts seem top notch. Reasonable pricing as well.

Second Garage door they have fixed for me. Same day service on both sets of Springs they replaced and both technicians were very nice and personable. They sent me a text and email when the technician was on his way, he recommended some other maintenance but wasn't pushy. Everything worked out perfectly so far on both garage doors. The Life Time Warranty on the Springs sold me. Only 1 year on other companies I called.

Always a great experience with Precision. I first used them 7 years ago on our new house for some minor adjustments. Recently I had to replace the opener. It was done quickly and the service person was professional. They’ve also replaced my mother’s opener. She was extremely happy with the service. The prices are reasonable and every one I have spoken to has been friendly and professional. I won’t use another company.

The technician, Adam, was extremely thorough in describing both what was wrong with our builder-installed garage door mechanism and what was needed to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even checked and serviced the rest of the door to ensure there were no other problems lurking. The price was comparable to others I researched, but the lifetime warranty was what secured my business. An A#1 company that sets the standard for competitors.

Everything that was told to me while setting up the appointment was the truth. No surprises except how quickly our springs were replaced. Called and they were here in a flash. Wonderful service courteous technician who explained everything. Who would have thought that LED lightbulbs would interfere with the proper operation of a garage door. Will definitely be at the top of my list for a new door in a year or so.

The spring on my garage door broke. I contacted Precision Garage Service not knowing what to expect. I spoke to an actual person and the appointment was set fot first thing the next morning. I was amazed by that fact alone. The next day when Brandon Smith arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. I was blown away once again.
