I called today and told the lady I would like a keypad installed for my guardian garage door. She said she could send someone out today which was nice. It was supposed to be a surprise for my spouse. Will showed up and was very friendly unfortunately he had to call someone to find out they don’t have remotes for guardian and that the universal remote they have doesn’t work for it. I don’t blame Will he drove all the way out here. But I wasn’t thrilled I still had to pay 95.00 for a service fee. When I did tell the lady we had guardian. I would never known that since it was replaced by a company 3-4 years ago that a key pad couldn’t be installed from a company I chose based off reviews. I also wouldn’t have known you couldn’t have gotten a key pad. It was something my husband could do but I wanted to do it for a surprise and hope to have 30 day warranty. I did express my concern to Will and ask him to let his manager know. One it wasted his time and it wasted mine. Again Will was nice but I don’t feel like I should have been charged at least not the whole amount. If Guardian is so rare the call center needs to screen better.

Isaiah was great to work with. He knew what the issue was straightaway and talked me through it in a helpful way. My kids were home and he was super nice to them as well. He was finished super quickly and his work looks and functions great. After this experience, I will be sure to call again if any other issues pop up.

Not happy with the cost and service. The total price was over 1200.00 and my garage door was not fixed, and we had to call you again to try and get it fixed. We will see if it lasts more than one day working

Isaiah from Precision Door Service was awesome! He replaced a great deal of my door and opener's hardware after a major system failure, and did a great job with all of it. He kept me in the loop the whole time and was super clear about any part swaps or changes. Super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We had a wild break in our garage door brackets and wheels on our new home. I had no idea what to do but Precision fixed the springs for the previous owner, so I figured I’d start there. Very fast communication with scheduling and Joey Albers came right out. He explained what was going on, checked the door for any more damage and gave us a very reasonable estimate. I thought I needed an expensive overhaul but Joey was able to replace all the brackets and the door is good as new! He was very informative; offered options and explained his work thoroughly. He will be our “go to” garage guy from here on out. Trustworthy, timeliness and knowledgeable!

My garage door opener chain broke first thing in the morning when we were leaving for work. I contacted Precision through their website and within 10 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. The service tech Joey A. was able to come earlier than scheduled, and he was extremely informative, professional, and expedient in his work. I was able to purchase a new opener and have it installed within about an hour. I highly recommend Precision for repairs (previously used them to replace a broken spring) and opener installations.
