Alex is fantastic. Quickly assessed and identified the correct problem. Alex recommended not only what I had to have versus what we needed for longevity. In comparison of part prices I found. Precision to be roughly on par with retail cost of similar items. While not the cheapest, the value is there when combined with the 8 year warranty. With this information I opted for the complete package to bring my door to like new condition. Alex was efficient in his work and provided superior customer experience. Well done young man. Precision Door was at the house within 2 hours of my call that the door would not open. Joey Albers replaced all of the hardware (rollers, tension cable drums, spring rod and springs) in an hour on a twenty year old very tired door. Joey is a fantastic technician, teaches and helps you understand the issues and is a great representative of Precision Door.

Have used Precision Door to replace garage door springs about 10 yrs ago & was pleased with service. When spring broke called them again and once again they could get technician out within 2 hrs. Joey responded eariler than scheduled. Saw the lack of spring performance. We had never had the springs ckecked in ? 15yrs. Was very through in offering advice and ways to help in operation of the door. Pricing seem very fair. Old springs appeared to have less capacity for the size of our door.
