All the other reviews speak the truth. Very friendly, fast service. The focus was on ensuring that I was satisfied before the first mention of payment. No sales push for upgraded door. Great install for about the same price as I would buy one from a big box store and install myself.

I had issues with my garage door not opening, it would just beep at me. I call on Friday night and had someone out at 10am Saturday morning. The first guy came out and I decided that I wanted a new opener he arranged for another guy to come out to install it. I had plans for the afternoon and was gone when he arrived. The guy called me after 12 pm and said he would be there in 10 minutes. I explained to him that my sons (over the age of 18) were there and he confirmed what he was doing. I asked him if he could program the keypad for me and he said he would (I'm not the greatest with technology). He called me a short time later and said he was done. But what surprised me the most was that he helped one of my kids carry something to the barn as it was heavy.

I'll be honest...I just looked you up in the Yellow Pages. But when I talked to you all on the phone, I knew I'd made the right choice. Andy showed up on time and was very professional. The funny thing was, our garage door baffled him, too (which I gotta say, was comforting to hear!). We'd been dealing with our door NOT closing for several years and we could never fix the problem. But he worked on it and now...Yeah!...it closes. Thank you so much.

I was happy with the speed of the repair. I was happy with the service tech that came and did the repair. However, overall I think the cost was high for the work that was done. Will look for a different provider the next time I need a garage door repair.
