My experience with Precision was impressive from my first phone call to the installation of 2 new garage doors, key pads, etc.! Your service rep was prompt, attentive to my questions, and showed up exactly when he said he would, plus called to confirm he was on his way. He had his truck stocked with everything he needed to complete the job, so he was able to finish in the length of time he estimated. I would definitely go with Precision Overhead for all my garage installation or service needs!!!

Impossible to get an estimate or warranty information before they come out and charge a service call (overpriced). The tech did not "weigh the door" as advertised on the phone and online in order to tell what type of spring was needed. People who answered the phone were only providing minimal information and scheduling appointments. Plan seems to be to get a service call scheduled and try to sell you springs and service at double the price of most other companies. Once the tech was here, he was very efficient, after the hard sell. Overall appearance is that they are trying to take advantage of the situation but service is okay. Very over priced and will not use them again or recommend them.

This was absolutely pain free! I called late Saturday evening and got an 8 am appointment. The technician called prior to arriving. He was knowledgeable and went right to work and finished in no time! Highly recommend.

I selected Precision because they offered prompt service even in my rural location. Once the appointment was made I was impressed with the quality and quantity of communication regarding my appointment time and who would be arriving to service the door. The technician called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and diagnosed the problem as soon as he set foot in my garage! He explained my options well but did not pressure me to pick one over another; instead was friendly, informative and helpful. When I decided to purchase a new door he worked to accommodate my schedule. My door will be installed in a couple of days and I look forward to the same exceptional service on that date! Thank you for making this troublesome chore a breeze!

Adam did a professional job of replacing my door springs. The ones my friend put on for me were to strong of springs. I should have just called you guys from the start. Not cheap at all, but comes with a lifetime warranty!????

The individual who did the initial visit and quote was extremely professional and friendly. It was probably because of him we chose Precision. Our installer was also extremely professional and friendly. He made us feel like we were in good hands, and the job would be done correctly. We love the door.

Service technician Adam came out initially to review issues with a bent door and broken cables. He was professional, personable and thorough. I would definitely give Adam a five star rating. He got my door up and running until I could coordinate the new door replacement. A few days later, service technician Matt installed a new garage door. He too, was professional, personable and thorough. I would also give Matt five stars. I am beyond pleased with the direction provided and the work performed by Precision. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of repair or replacement. Thank you Precision!

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Our spring broke at 9pm at night on a Sunday and we called to schedule a next day service repair and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and helpful. The next morning at 8am Adam arrived with a smile on his face and had our problem solved within 10 minutes. If we EVER have any garage door issues again we will use nobody except this company!

I am thrilled to write a review on Precision Door Service. I travel a lot for work and was planning a trip on Wednesday, and our door spring broke Monday evening. Tuesday morning I called Precision to schedule a time, expecting to be scheduled in a day or two. I just did not have a day or two to wait, the door is heavy and my wife could not open the door on her own. At first Jessica, scheduled me for the next morning, but since I was traveling, she asked me to hold on the phone. Within 45 minutes, Adam was available to fix our door. It truly was Precision timing, (pun intended), Adam was professional and quick to get to work. I am extremely appreciative for their extra effort to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Everyone, was great to work with, I definitely will keep Precision Door Service in mind for any future repairs/replacement doors. Thank you Adam and Jessica for making this happen.

The young man came out and after telling him my problem with our door. It would start to close and then it would go back up. He knew right away what the problem was and took a minute to fix it. Then he adjusted the garage door so it would go up all the way. I would recommend Precision door service to everyone.

My garage door has been loud and unreliable for years. Called Precision and they responded quickly. Technician Kevin Ohara diagnosed multiple problems then came back the next day to make repairs. Even though the wood door is 40+ years old and very heavy and has a veneer of siding on the outside he was able to get to operate smoothly and quiet like a new one. Great professional service and quick response.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Needed a new opener and called just after noon. Tech came out an hour and a half later and had new unit installed in just over an hour. New keypad, remotes, and button and it works great.

Have used Precision Door the last few times we have needed a repair or upgrade and the service and products are always great. Our garage door broke over night and would not longer open. A tech was to our place the next morning to inspect the door and provide the quote. We decided to replace the entire door and everything went really smoothly and quickly. The technician was on time knowledgable and curteous throughout the process and ensured that we were satisfied with the final result of our door replacement. This was as easy a home repair experience as we have had and will definitely be using Precision again if we need another other repairs.

My cable snapped on the door as it was closing. I couldn’t get my truck out of the garage. They were able to come out the next day. It took Adam 20 minutes to fix. Fantastic job!
