Service technician Adam came out initially to review issues with a bent door and broken cables. He was professional, personable and thorough. I would definitely give Adam a five star rating. He got my door up and running until I could coordinate the new door replacement. A few days later, service technician Matt installed a new garage door. He too, was professional, personable and thorough. I would also give Matt five stars. I am beyond pleased with the direction provided and the work performed by Precision. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Our spring broke at 9pm at night on a Sunday and we called to schedule a next day service repair and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and helpful. The next morning at 8am Adam arrived with a smile on his face and had our problem solved within 10 minutes. If we EVER have any garage door issues again we will use nobody except this company!

I am thrilled to write a review on Precision Door Service. I travel a lot for work and was planning a trip on Wednesday, and our door spring broke Monday evening. Tuesday morning I called Precision to schedule a time, expecting to be scheduled in a day or two. I just did not have a day or two to wait, the door is heavy and my wife could not open the door on her own. At first Jessica, scheduled me for the next morning, but since I was traveling, she asked me to hold on the phone. Within 45 minutes, Adam was available to fix our door. It truly was Precision timing, (pun intended), Adam was professional and quick to get to work. I am extremely appreciative for their extra effort to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Everyone, was great to work with, I definitely will keep Precision Door Service in mind for any future repairs/replacement doors. Thank you Adam and Jessica for making this happen.

The young man came out and after telling him my problem with our door. It would start to close and then it would go back up. He knew right away what the problem was and took a minute to fix it. Then he adjusted the garage door so it would go up all the way. I would recommend Precision door service to everyone.

My garage door has been loud and unreliable for years. Called Precision and they responded quickly. Technician Kevin Ohara diagnosed multiple problems then came back the next day to make repairs. Even though the wood door is 40+ years old and very heavy and has a veneer of siding on the outside he was able to get to operate smoothly and quiet like a new one. Great professional service and quick response.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Needed a new opener and called just after noon. Tech came out an hour and a half later and had new unit installed in just over an hour. New keypad, remotes, and button and it works great.

Our garage door broke over night and would not longer open. A tech was to our place the next morning to inspect the door and provide the quote. The Service Gentleman Jeff, came the same day the service call was placed. Jeff, infact called 30mins prior to estimated arrival time and waited for me as I was running late. As a new home owner I was a bit worried when my rollers came a bit off track because i backed my car into the garage door. Jeff walked in with a big smile and reassured me it wasn’t a big problem at all. I believe our encounter was a divine intervention because he really brought a smile to my face and made my day much better. I would definitely use this company again.
