My garage door broke and I getting ready to go visit my wife in the hospital. I couldn't get out of the garage. When I told the guy my wife was in the hospital. He was so thoughtful got my garage door opened so I could get my car out. He said you go to your wife we can talk more about the repair later. He didn't even charge me anything. That's just shows that there are still nice people in this world. I will get my garage door replace when my wife gets out of the hospital and this will be the company I choose. Thank-you so much. I was very disappointed with the technician who visited on September 25,2015. He done no adjustment or checks of the door operation. He only lubricated the rollers. This quieted down the operation for a few days and than it was right back to where it was before the visit on 9/25. When I called on October 16th and talked to you, you said you would have a technician between 1:30 and 3:30 the same day. The technician arrived at 1:30. He had to adjust the springs, lubricated the opener track and discovered what was creating the noise problem, which he corrected. The garage door opens great now. This technician knew what he was doing and definitely satisfied my displeasure of the first technician who done nothing to correct the problem. Thanks to you and your company, I will continue to use your services when needed.

Timing was a problem. The gentleman who gave me the estimate on Tuesday said someone would be at the house around 9 on Friday. I called at 9:45 and the lady answering the phone said my window was 10-12. Technician arrived at 1:30. Checked at 3:20 and he said another 30-40 minutes. My husband got home at 5-5:30 and he was still tinkering with the door. We were supposed to leave for the weekend in the afternoon. Had to cancel our dinner plans. Didn't get to leave for my parents' house (4 hour drive) until 5:30. Technician was nice and friendly. Apologized for the delay.

Our garage door recently malfunctioned and needed immediate attention. I called Precision Door, and they sent a technician to our home within 24 hours to fix our door. Precision Door is great and we request Kevin every time. The only reason I rated this a 3 is because I made an appt. and was told they would arrive between 9-11. I called at 1130 because they hadn't shown and they forgot to schedule me. Kevin did show up at 230 and they got to us as fast as they could. It just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my only day off.

Very grateful to the folks at Precision. Helped us on 2 separate occasions to not only respond to garage door problems at odd parts of the day (nights/weekends), but also to get us on their schedule within 48 hours for a brand new door installation due to the magnitude of our problem. I also thought their pricing was reasonable given how big the problems were they dealt with. Definitely recommended.
