Technician (Jeff H.) was at my house approx 1.5hrs after I called. Torsion springs, pulleys, and rollers were replaced in less than an hour. Everything is back in working order and the work and parts seem top notch. Reasonable pricing as well.

Second Garage door they have fixed for me. Same day service on both sets of Springs they replaced and both technicians were very nice and personable. They sent me a text and email when the technician was on his way, he recommended some other maintenance but wasn't pushy. Everything worked out perfectly so far on both garage doors. The Life Time Warranty on the Springs sold me. Only 1 year on other companies I called.

Always a great experience with Precision. I first used them 7 years ago on our new house for some minor adjustments. Recently I had to replace the opener. It was done quickly and the service person was professional. They’ve also replaced my mother’s opener. She was extremely happy with the service.
