Nothing but good things to say about this company. Our spring broke at 9pm at night on a Sunday and we called to schedule a next day service repair and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and helpful. The next morning at 8am Adam arrived with a smile on his face and had our problem solved within 10 minutes. If we EVER have any garage door issues again we will use nobody except this company!

I am thrilled to write a review on Precision Door Service. I travel a lot for work and was planning a trip on Wednesday, and our door spring broke Monday evening. Tuesday morning I called Precision to schedule a time, expecting to be scheduled in a day or two. I just did not have a day or two to wait, the door is heavy and my wife could not open the door on her own. At first Jessica, scheduled me for the next morning, but since I was traveling, she asked me to hold on the phone. Within 45 minutes, Adam was available to fix our door. It truly was Precision timing, (pun intended), Adam was professional and quick to get to work. I am extremely appreciative for their extra effort to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Everyone, was great to work with, I definitely will keep Precision Door Service in mind for any future repairs/replacement doors. Thank you Adam and Jessica for making this happen.

The tech worked very hard in installing the bottom rubber seal on Garage door. It took a long time to install. The problem is, inside garage the door on the left side you can see a stream of light about 24inches the rubber seal is not not flush to the floor when the garage door is closed. I did point it out to the tech he said it is because of the garage floor. However the old floor seal was flush to the floor when close only a one inch gap was seen. This rubber seal was soft difficult to work with.I. just hope the rubber is durable. The cost was 194.00 I did take a photo.

The young man came out and after telling him my problem with our door. It would start to close and then it would go back up. He knew right away what the problem was and took a minute to fix it. Then he adjusted the garage door so it would go up all the way. I would recommend Precision door service to everyone.

This was the fastest, most excellent service job we have ever received. I requested a quote around 6:30 am for our garage door. I received a response shortly after they opened at 8:00 am. Within 3 hours of that call, my broken garage door was fully operational!. The technician was professional, polite and efficient. We bought both doors and openers from them. We were impressed with their work and communication and excellent customer service then. The one door starting acting up. I called on a Friday and they were out on Saturday. The tech Travis called and actually was early, a great change from some other service companies. He was friendly and courteous explained what he did and how to maintain the doors. I have recommended them to others and will continue to.

My garage door has been loud and unreliable for years. Called Precision and they responded quickly. Technician Kevin Ohara diagnosed multiple problems then came back the next day to make repairs. Even though the wood door is 40+ years old and very heavy and has a veneer of siding on the outside he was able to get to operate smoothly and quiet like a new one. Great professional service and quick response.

My garage door had not worked for over 6wks. I finely saw a video that explained that every time your door was serviced, the technician wood to a check on all parts of your door. Sounded good to me. Zack was there on time and very honest. Told me it was just the eye part (my words) needed adjusted. That was it. I couldn't believe that wad it.
