I was happy with the speed of the repair. I was happy with the service tech that came and did the repair. However, overall I think the cost was high for the work that was done. Will look for a different provider the next time I need a garage door repair.

All the other reviews speak the truth. Very friendly, fast service. The focus was on ensuring that I was satisfied before the first mention of payment. No sales push for upgraded door. Great install for about the same price as I would buy one from a big box store and install myself.

I placed the phone call and Austin arrived less than 2 hours later, Austin was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a chain that was off track, but the issue was at broken part. He showed me the broken part, told me what the cost would be to replace. Before leaving, Austin checked the 2nd door to make sure we wouldn't have a problem. Very happy and would recommend Precision Door.

Kevin O. arrived at our home to replace our broken garage door spring. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. After inspecting our garage door (21 year old builder grade) we decided to purchase a new, insulated garage door and opener. Kevin temporarily replaced our broken spring so we can use our garage door and is scheduled to install our new door on Monday.
