This was the fastest, most excellent service job we have ever received. I requested a quote around 6:30 am for our garage door. I received a response shortly after they opened at 8:00 am. Within 3 hours of that call, my broken garage door was fully operational!. The technician was professional, polite and efficient. I am an immediate fan of Precision Garage Door and highly recommend them.

We bought both doors and openers from them. We were impressed with their work and communication and excellent customer service then. The one door starting acting up. I called on a Friday and they were out on Saturday. The tech Travis called and actually was early, a great change from some other service companies. He was friendly and courteous explained what he did and how to maintain the doors. I have recommended them to others and will continue to.

My garage door has been loud and unreliable for years. Called Precision and they responded quickly. Technician Kevin Ohara diagnosed multiple problems then came back the next day to make repairs. Even though the wood door is 40+ years old and very heavy and has a veneer of siding on the outside he was able to get to operate smoothly and quiet like a new one. Great professional service and quick response.

My garage door had not worked for over 6wks. I finely saw a video that explained that every time your door was serviced, the technician wood to a check on all parts of your door. Sounded good to me. Zack was there on time and very honest. Told me it was just the eye part (my words) needed adjusted. That was it. I couldn't believe that wad it.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Needed a new opener and called just after noon. Tech came out an hour and a half later and had new unit installed in just over an hour. New keypad, remotes, and button and it works great.

Our garage door broke over night and would not longer open. A tech was to our place the next morning to inspect the door and provide the quote. We decided to replace the entire door and everything went really smoothly and quickly. The technician was on time knowledgable and curteous throughout the process and ensured that we were satisfied with the final result of our door replacement. This was as easy a home repair experience as we have had and will definitely be using Precision again if we need another other repairs.

Fast response, technician arrived before his scheduled time slot which I appreciated. The service technician had all of the parts available in his van to complete my repairs at that service call. Technician was clear spoken about the work that he recommended be completed and when we agreed upon the services, his work was fast, efficient and thorough he cleaned up all of his messes. He was also extremely friendly and professional. I also appreciated the added value of a text prior to his arrival with a photograph of him and a short description about him.
