Precision door service gave me next day service. Brian Payne was my technician, he was easy to talk to, respectful, super knowledgeable and gave me 3 different price quotes. For what seemed like a big job he was fast and completed it in less then two hours. He even helped me with my key pad which hasn't worked in 3 years and hooked me up with an opener.

So far so good. Adam was very nice to our husky. He noticed right away what was wrong. Couple who flipped our house used tape to hold up the frame until it finally crapped out. Precision provided *great* customer service. With same-day service, I received an email and a text message stating the details - which made me feel good about it. The technician that came was experienced, nice, and treated me with respect. He provided great service. He even texted me directly indicating when he would be here. Yet, everything was overpriced. All I needed was a replacement spring with possible additional preventive maintenance (which is good). Yet, I did not ask for him to replace the rollers (they did not need to be) and yet he replaced x10 rollers and charged me $150. Yes, these new rollers are better (nylon not aluminum), and yes, Precision Door does provide same-day service (which service should be more than average), but what they charged me was overpriced. Again, I did not ask him to replace the rollers, and he did not indicated that he was going to do this (and charge me), which I felt was a bit shady. Other than that, I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

The technician, Adam, was extremely thorough in describing both what was wrong with our builder-installed garage door mechanism and what was needed to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even checked and serviced the rest of the door to ensure there were no other problems lurking. The price was comparable to others I researched, but the lifetime warranty was what secured my business. An A#1 company that sets the standard for competitors.

Called and they were here in a flash. Wonderful service courteous technician who explained everything. Who would have thought that LED lightbulbs would interfere with the proper operation of a garage door. Will definitely be at the top of my list for a new door in a year or so.

Called your office today at 11:30 AM to see about getting service on our garage door. An hour later your guy (Brandon) was pulling in the driveway. He accessed the door, found the problem and had the door working within an hour. The door was out of adjustment and also needed new cables and rollers. The work was preformed quickly and the door now works smoothly and much quieter. Good job, Thanks for the prompt Service.
