Everything that was told to me while setting up the appointment was the truth. No surprises except how quickly our springs were replaced. I try to do alot around the house on my own, but have heard and seen many struggles with spring replacement. I'm glad I chose Precision to fix my garage quickly and correctly.

Adam just replaced two garage door springs for us. Originally we just needed the one that broke, but he noticed the other was about to go as well so he saved us a headache and an additional service call and fixed them both. My wife and I are so happy we chose you guys to replace our garage door. I called asking for an estimate over the phone to fix my old door. John told me he would be at my house within 15 minutes to give me a free estimate. I had 4 other companies offer to come out as well, but for $75-$100. After meeting him, I knew I liked him and the company. I decided to buy a new one because of how honest he was and the reputation the company had. Kevin was at my house the next day and had it up within 3 hours. He was very professional and made sure I understood how to keep the door working like new for years to come. I highly recommend this company, you won't regret it.
