My service was exallent! The service man (which I can't think of this name) was very nice, helpful, patient and kind. He showed me where the door was broke, lubricated another door because of problems for free of charge. Which that means alot these days because it seems that most company's only want what is best for them. I will rate you a 5, but would personally rate a 10. We will defiently use you in the future for all our needs. Thank you Cindy Melke

I really am impressed with Precision Door Service. I made an appointment yesterday for a estimate, and they were right at my house the next day. I had a representative by the name of Kevin that was quick to assess the damage of my door and recommend a replacement. He was very friendly, forthright, and honest. I definitely will be keeping my business with Precision Door Service for their great lifetime guarantee and professionalism.

What a pleasant surprise!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Lots of advice, how-to do some ongoing maintenance myself. Would highly recommend this company, especially Kevin F., my technician. If all your employees are this great, you have an A+ company.

I was very disappointed with the technician who visited on September 25,2015. He done no adjustment or checks of the door operation. He only lubricated the rollers. This quieted down the operation for a few days and than it was right back to where it was before the visit on 9/25. When I called on October 16th and talked to you, you said you would have a technician between 1:30 and 3:30 the same day. The technician arrived at 1:30. He had to adjust the springs, lubricated the opener track and discovered what was creating the noise problem, which he corrected. The garage door opens great now. This technician knew what he was doing and definitely satisfied my displeasure of the first technician who done nothing to correct the problem. Thanks to you and your company, I will continue to use your services when needed.
