My service window was from 4-6; Zach called to say he was on his way & got here shortly after 4. I had a broken spring & decided to get all the garage door parts overhauled (old door). Zach was great! We had a car that had to be left in the garage due to the weight of the door. Zach took great care to not damage the car while he worked.

I had used Precision before so called back. I was very pleased with Austin. HE called before arriving. HE was very knowledgeable ,helpful a d friendly. I didn,t realize my garage door lock was still workable with the system I have,so he put in a new battery and helped me set the code for it. HE also attached my garage door control more securely.The door had been lopsided from an incident years ago and he also helped even that. Plus all the work he did getting the door to close!, I,m very happy with everything

I had previously dealt with one of your competitors for 32 years. When I called them to schedule the installation of a new door opener, the person with whom I spoke seemed cold, distant and uninterested in helping me. I then did an online search which led me to Precision Door. I was very impressed with the number of positive comments and reviews. I called, made an appointment for service and the rest, as they say, is history. I was given a 2 hour time window for the arrival of the technician. Kevin arrived at the promised time and went straight to work. He was most efficient and professional and I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with him.
