My service window was from 4-6; Zach called to say he was on his way & got here shortly after 4. I had a broken spring & decided to get all the garage door parts overhauled (old door). Zach was great! We had a car that had to be left in the garage due to the weight of the door. Zach took great care to not damage the car while he worked.

I had used Precision before so called back. I was very pleased with Austin. HE called before arriving. HE was very knowledgeable ,helpful a d friendly. I didn,t realize my garage door lock was still workable with the system I have,so he put in a new battery and helped me set the code for it. HE also attached my garage door control more securely.The door had been lopsided from an incident years ago and he also helped even that. Plus all the work he did getting the door to close!, I,m very happy with everything

I had previously dealt with one of your competitors for 32 years. When I called them to schedule the installation of a new door opener, the person with whom I spoke seemed cold, distant and uninterested in helping me. I then did an online search which led me to Precision Door. I was very impressed with the number of positive comments and reviews. I called, made an appointment for service and the rest, as they say, is history. I was given a 2 hour time window for the arrival of the technician. Kevin arrived at the promised time and went straight to work. He was most efficient and professional and I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with him. Kevin (and Precision Door) will definitely be my first - and only - call for any future overhead door needs. Wishing you continued success and keep up the excellent work!

I was very disappointed with the technician who visited on September 25,2015. He done no adjustment or checks of the door operation. He only lubricated the rollers. This quieted down the operation for a few days and than it was right back to where it was before the visit on 9/25. When I called on October 16th and talked to you, you said you would have a technician between 1:30 and 3:30 the same day. The technician arrived at 1:30. He had to adjust the springs, lubricated the opener track and discovered what was creating the noise problem, which he corrected. The garage door opens great now. This technician knew what he was doing and definitely satisfied my displeasure of the first technician who done nothing to correct the problem. Thanks to you and your company, I will continue to use your services when needed.

My service was exallent! The service man (which I can't think of this name) was very nice, helpful, patient and kind. He showed me where the door was broke, lubricated another door because of problems for free of charge. Which that means alot these days because it seems that most company's only want what is best for them. I will rate you a 5, but would personally rate a 10. Completely impressed with service provided. Prompt, earlier than appointment time window given. Were out working on repairing our garage door within an hour or so of our call. Sent a text message with picture of our service tech who would be coming out to the house, really appreciated that. Service tech was friendly and quick to repair our door. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.
