I’m an old guy and as old guys do from time to time, I had a brain malfunction… I tried to back out of my garage before I’d let the door open all the way —crunch. I called Precision at 915 on Sunday night to make an appointment for this morning (Monday). Eric arrived at about 8:45 and was completely done with the repair around ten o’clock … flawless job. These guys have most of the needed parts on their truck(s) so no time is wasted.

I am always happy when I get people who are friendly and competent. We felt that Tyler gave a good review of the problems with the garage door and explaining our options. Kevin installed the door. He did an excellent job. He worked quickly but it operates better than ever and he cleaned his work area when completed. Could not be happier.

Very happy with new garage door opener. Installation took less than an hour. Tech, Matthew ensured that I was happy with the process. He also gave me the option of repairing the old opener or replacing with a new opener but left the decision up to me.

Completely impressed with service provided. Prompt, earlier than appointment time window given. Were out working on repairing our garage door within an hour or so of our call. My service window was from 4-6; Zach called to say he was on his way & got here shortly after 4. I had a broken spring & decided to get all the garage door parts overhauled (old door). Zach was great! We had a car that had to be left in the garage due to the weight of the door. Zach took great care to not damage the car while he worked.
