When you select/hire a company to perform work you never know who is coming and what kind of person they are. My technician was Alex. He explained the problem and what needed replaced. He presented a number of choices. I selected mine and he got to work. He was done quickly and seemed very professional. I would hire them again.

I called you about 2 years ago when my garage door wouldn’t work. The repairman who came to my aide was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options for me to choose from. My second call was because I forgot the code that I had setup so I scheduled a time later in the day but the repairman contacted me and we were able to move the appointment time up. Anyway he was every bit as amazing as my first experience. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs help with their garage door.

Thank you to Precision Door for PROMPTLY coming to repair ga our rage garage door, today. A garage door broken spring was not part of our agenda, this morning, but apparently service and service asap is your agenda. Our garage door opens and closes with no hitches now. Originally, our emergency appointment was scheduled from 4-6 today, but the technician finished his client early, called me, to say he could come now, and before 2, not only was the knowlegeable technician here, but the repair job was completed efficiently. The technician was friendly and informative. All this service from beginning phone call to service completion was beyond our expectation.

I think I chose Precision because of nearby location and reviews. Door was a little noisy going down from the initial install date but I falsely attributed it to its being a non-insulated door, After about 6 months, the noise became noticeably louder. Thinking it was still under a 1-year warranty, I called for service. A technician by the name of Jerrod (sic?) arrived and proceded to rectify the noise problem in a matter of minutes. He told me that normally there would be a charge for his service but used what he called his "technician's discount" because the install person didn't explain the warranty properly. This type of customer service is rare in todays market and is successful in creating and keeping a lifelong customer. Kudos to both Precision and Jerrod! Ron Forsee Centerville

Called a competitor and would not be able to repair my broken spring until Monday and this was Thursday Morning. Called Precision and got an appointment that morning and technician arrived by 10:30. Replaced both springs on my double sized Garage door. Couldn't be happier.
