From start to finish, working with Precision was both convenient and efficient. The technician, Jared, was considerate (doing a contact free appointment) and he patiently discussed repair options, benefits, and costs—which I appreciated. The repair required replacing a broken spring, but I decided to trust Jared’s advice (I asked) and also replace the cables, rollers, and supporting parts (since the springs failed, why not these parts as well?). Jared also explained how the Precision parts were superior to the original “builder’s-grade” parts. This made sense.

Service today was professional and timely. Our service technician - Tyler - was polite and knowledgeable. Our torsion spring broke and thankfully was covered under our warranty. We have a large garage door requiring two torsion springs and Tyler replaced both since they are the same age. That's the kind of company I appreciate doing business with, integrity! Our family would definitely recommend Precision.

Single door spring broke Sunday afternoon. Contacted Precision Garage Service (Hamilton) on Monday. Amanda was very pleasant and able to get me serviced same day. Tech, Matt, contacted me prior to arrival timeframe as well as received text with his photo. Matt was very professional, thorough in his detailed explanation of intended work as well as other No Pressure recommendations. Work completed within an hour, cleaned work area. Very pleased. Will be scheduling same work on double door before end of year.

Quick service and professionally completed. Had a broken spring on a 16 x 7 garage door. Due to the age of the door and hardware, it was agreed that an overhaul was in order. Original door only had one spring and it was explained to me that a door this size required two. No problem. The work was completed in short order and all is well. Technician was Matthew Roberts.

Andy, the technician, recommended an upgrade which I thought was a good idea, and the door runs smoother than ever. Plus, the upgrade comes with as long as we are in the house guarantee. Replaced 2 doors, one double and one single, and one opener, after 25 yrs. I love these new doors and the opener is great. If there were 6 stars for the doors, the installation, the people I would give them a '6'. Payed about what I expected, shopped pricing and was happy with that, too.

The service was very personal and efficient! I called on a Saturday morning and they scheduled and completed the door repair Monday morning by 10:00 am. Zach, technician who serviced our door was very personal, taking time to explain the process, the warranty and costs. We had a freak accident causing the garage for jam in the up position on a cold and snowy morning. Called our regular service company and they responded with an appointment 5 days later, or emergency service with a high rate per half hour that included travel time for the repairman. I called Precision and the owner was at my door in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Precision will now be my "go to" garage door service company.
