We found ourselves in a bind. Our double garage door was inoperable and stuck in the fully open position. To add insult to injury, rain was in the forecast! Our other concern was critters entering the garage, as we live in a wooded area. We called the office at 3:00pm and were impressed by Heidi's professionalism and assurance that they would help us, now matter what time it was. Austin, the technician had a job before ours which kept him tied up until 7:30pm. When he arrived it was dark and he had been working all day. This did not stop Austin. He was prepared to do the job… now! We were so relieved. He looked at the door. It had several issues which he pointed out. He did NOT try to oversell us. He recommended an overhaul job which replaces important working parts of the door. He did not try to sell us a new door. It was apparent that the overhaul was exactly what we needed. We agreed and he went right to work. Two hours later our door was working like new! Our experience with this company was honest, reliable and straightforward. No hype or attempt to oversell. A word about Austin… Even after working all day and into the night on our job he was excellent and committed to doing the job right. Austin and this company get my highest recommendation. PLEASE give Austin five stars on his profile. A-1, top notch!

Called at 6:00AM. Was greeted by a person, who sent someone out to the house by noon. Called ahead to let me know tech was on their way. 15 minutes later spring was replaced. Awesome same day service.

Precision came out to the house same day I called. My van was locked in garage. They also had lowest service call and offered coupons on their website. They did an excellent job! I would definitely use them again!

This is the second or third time I have had them out to service one of my two garage doors in 13 years. They do a great job and advise on what I really need, not just make a sale. Always try to fix first. Fast and excellent service. Never disappointed.
