I heard about Precision Door Service from the advertisement on the TV. I was having a sudden issue with my garage door. I called precision door service and the were prompt to come over the following day. The technician Cody explained clearly to me what is the problem after his inspection. He showed me clearly what parts need to replaced. I can attest that he has done an excellent job and the parts that he replaced were much better than the parts that were used in my garage which was for a new built home.

Will Abbott was my serviceman. I had a broken spring but garage door was operating rough and loud. He did a complete assessment , my door was 24 years old. He suggested and I agreed, replaced springs with heavy duty ones ,cables, rollers which were cracked, overhead support bar etc. no pressure but made sense . Very happy ,door operates like new, very smooth and quiet. Also nice warranty. also checked and adjusted my garage opener and advice on some simple maintenance. Answered all my questions. Good And friendly service is hard to find today. Excellent job Precision Door and Will Abbott. A+

My garage door is 17 years old and was in serious need of repair. Missing rollers, broken cable, it was unable to be opened. Joey inspected everything and walked me through which parts needed to be replaced, and which parts were still serviceable. He provided two options for each part, economical & premium versions. He put together two quotes, one for each version. To my relief, he was able to get everything working with new springs, cables, and rollers, without the need to replace the 16' door itself. Everything is working as good as new. Precision provided me a 2 hour window for the Technician to arrive, noon to 2pm, they also send a photo of the tech they are sending to your house. Joey arrived exactly at noon. 2 hours later, everything was complete. Very professional, impressive work, I would definitely recommend Precision.

Ty Jung is an asset to his company. He explained problems, solutions and upgrades. He replaced the spring, tightened the chain, new rollers and cables and lubricated all pivot points. He was very thorough in his presentation and work. Total time was about an hour. My garage door has never been quieter in 20 years. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your repair or replacement needs. This spring problem was the third time in 20 years and judging from the repair this time, I am confident this will last longer than previous replacements.

Joey was super! Called in for a broken spring. Came same day. I ended up getting cables, springs, pulleys, and rollers. My garage door was 10 years old and is basically the same as the ”front door”, so its used a lot!! Joey showed me every part that was recommended and why, no pressure and let me decide. Preventative maintenance is the best maintenance! Money well spent and now I know I’m covered for the next 8 years!! Will use again!!

Awesome same day service! Reached out with an online inquiry at 2PM to see about servicing my broken garage door spring and shortly thereafter I had Alex the technician arrive at my home at 3:15PM. The tech.,Alex Henderson arrived & assessed my problem. He then inspected my door & told me the condition of the rest of the parts. My door is the original, 24 years old including the hardware. He said he would give me an estimate to replace the old parts. There was no pressure at all for me to replace them. He said it was up to me what i wanted replaced. I chose to have them replaced. Everything was expertly installed & adjusted, including explanation of what was done. I highly recommend this young man & Precision Door for your garage door needs!

Due to the crazy thunderstorms that we've had this week, I didn't realize that my garage door would be affected. So, I called to make an appointment explaining the situation. Will Abbott was the technician that came out to service my door. I gave him a brief description of the problem. He explained how he could fix it and also other things that I could replace at that time. He was very polite and friendly. I felt bad asking him so many questions that I didn't know. But he didn't mind explaining them to me. I learnt a lot today about my garage door opener, that wasn't disclosed when I purchased it.

I was very aggravated with them. I called and asked them for a ballpark price on a 7 ft by 16 ft garage door. I asked for the least expensive door installed was and was told about $1,450. So I made an appointment for them to come and look at the door and give me the final price. They gave me a 4-Hour window which they showed up 30 minutes late for. Then the salesman went on to tell me that the door was going to be 2,800 not the 1450. When I asked him why it was so much more he told me that the people answering the phones don't really know what's going on. So I called another Door Company, they told me about $1,500 and when they came out to look at it, it was $1,500! What a crazy concept! Doing what you say! Precision door company wasted my time, they're overpriced and don't seem to know what they are doing. My suggestion is don't deal with them.

Our main, overhead garage door broke on Wednesday night, and by Thursday afternoon, Precision Door Service had it back up and running. The response time was impeccable, and furthermore, the customer service experience with the repair technician (Will Abbott) was seamless, professional, and first-class!!!
