Same day service. It was great. The service man, Joey Albers was very knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Gave me tips on routine maintenance. He fixed my 20 year old garage door like new.

My name is Jimmy Brown. I rate my experience at 5 stars. My door had a broken spring & i wanted to use Precision Door, based off of reviews & my own research. The tech.,Alex Henderson arrived & assessed my problem. He then inspected my door & told me the condition of the rest of the parts. My door is the original, 24 years old including the hardware. He said he would give me an estimate to replace the old parts. There was no pressure at all for me to replace them. He said it was up to me what i wanted replaced. I chose to have them replaced. Everything was expertly installed & adjusted, including explanation of what was done. I highly recommend this young man & Precision Door for your garage door needs!

Due to the crazy thunderstorms that we've had this week, I didn't realize that my garage door would be affected. So, I called to make an appointment explaining the situation. Will Abbott was the technician that came out to service my door. I gave him a brief description of the problem. He explained how he could fix it and also other things that I could replace at that time. He was very polite and friendly. I felt bad asking him so many questions that I didn't know. But he didn't mind explaining them to me. I learnt a lot today about my garage door opener, that wasn't disclosed when I purchased it.

I have used Precision before, and thought time to check and service my garage door system. I called and was able to have Tyler come out and do checks on my system. Tyler came out, we met, we together looked at the door system and he outlined what all he would be doing. He was terrific in explaining and pointing out his plan. Your people did a great job from scheduling to arriving on time. The technician was very professional and found a loose wire which he repaired. I was very aggravated with them. I called and asked them for a ballpark price on a 7 ft by 16 ft garage door. I asked for the least expensive door installed was and was told about $1,450. So I made an appointment for them to come and look at the door and give me the final price. They gave me a 4-Hour window which they showed up 30 minutes late for. Then the salesman went on to tell me that the door was going to be 2,800 not the 1450. When I asked him why it was so much more he told me that the people answering the phones don't really know what's going on. So I called another Door Company, they told me about $1,500 and when they came out to look at it, it was $1,500! What a crazy concept! Doing what you say! Precision door company wasted my time, they're overpriced and don't seem to know what they are doing. My suggestion is don't deal with them.

Our main, overhead garage door broke on Wednesday night, and by Thursday afternoon, Precision Door Service had it back up and running. The response time was impeccable, and furthermore, the customer service experience with the repair technician (Will Abbott) was seamless, professional, and first-class!!!

I’ve always use Precision door as they used to be the least expensive. I called this time without even asking about their prices and they came in adjusted one screw less than 15 minutes and charge me almost $200. They will not be coming back.

When I called for service, the Precision agent efficiently collected the relevant information, gave me an acceptable window for service, and provided me with my technicians name. On the day of service I got an email featuring a picture of my technician and a brief biosketch. Joey, the technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, rendered his diagnoses, and prepared an invoice, which I accepted. He had the parts he needed on his truck a was able to get to work immediately. I had a broken hinge which he replaced, and he lubricated all the wheels. In response to my question, he examined the springs again and pronounced them safe. Throughout his time working on my doors, he was pleasant, efficient, and I believe, effective. I have Precision Garage Door Service listed in my contact list and will call on them should I need further service.

I'm thankful for making the right decision to call Precision Garage Door Service , the technician showed up on time his name is ( JOEY ALERS ) is the best tech. I ever had to deal with , he's nice, kind, he listened , didn't rush, he solved the problem , explained the charges , he was cheerful from the time he arrived to the time he lift , I will always call Precision and ask for JOEY , I will never call another company again, it was an EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end, I will tell everyone how much I like this company, by the way their service call is half the price of other companies

Tyler overhauled my garage door, put up new weather stripping and added a lock for me so I won’t get locked out. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me so I could understand what was needed and not needed.
