Thanks to Brian Payne of Precision Door Service for the quality of work done to install a new belt drive garage door opener and springs! Brian did an inspection of my current door opener and gave me several options, to fix what I currently had or to install new hardware. The price was very reasonable, so I opted to replace my aging opener and springs. In about an hour the job was done. I was amazed at how quiet the belt drive opener was compared to my old one. Precision is a top notch organization and I highly recommend them!

I chose Precision Door to install a new garage door system almost 2 years ago based on previous work done at another house I owned. This visit was prompted by an issue with closing the door. 1/10 would not recommend. Called and asked for a price estimate to replace a garage door seal. Guy tells me one price ($300 worst case), so I agree to send a tech out. Tech comes out and gives me a price that is 50% greater than original price estimate ($450). I’ve got to sell my home in a hurry, so I agree to go forward even tho I feel cheated. I reach out to the owner, the owner calls me to discuss, tells me it’s my problem in the friendliest terms possible. The person I spoke to initially over the said the seal could anywhere from $5 a foot to $13 a foot. Turns out, they charged me $18.75 a foot for the seal. The person I spoke to over the phone also omitted the labor charge of $150. They did tell me about a $75 service fee, which I assumed included labor. Yeah, all my problem. Well, this review is now your problem. If you want to business with an honest transparent company, keep looking!

Overall service was good but the price of $299.99 for each PDS Green Powder Coated .218 x 31" - 1 3/4" I.D. Torsion Spring is over four times the cost of the same size Duralast torsion spring from HomeDepot. Will not be using again in the future.

I had a garage door repair and was pleased with the short time period after I called that someone was here to do the repair. The serviceman was very polite and efficient and did an excellent job of getting my door back on track and adjusted back same as new after I backed my car out without the door going completely up. The person who took my call was very efficient in being able to get serviceman out earlier than originally scheduled.
