I chose Precision Door based on their high ratings and was not disappointed. From the first phone call with an excellent company representative to subsequent calls to make arrangements, I felt confident that I made the right choice. Their technician, Jeff, happened to be in the area and stopped in to take a look at the job. The very next day, a new door and hardware had been expertly installed. Jeff was prompt, courteous, experienced, informative and an all around nice guy. The quality of the employees tells me a lot about an organization. I am pleased to add my own 5-star rating to Precision. Oh, and thanks for the senior discount, from Fairborn, Ohio.

The spring on my garage door broke. I contacted Precision Garage Service not knowing what to expect. I spoke to an actual person and the appointment was set fot first thing the next morning. I was amazed by that fact alone. The next day when Brandon Smith arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. I was blown away once again. He quickly fixed my problem and tuned up my garage door as well. The door works like it did 12 years ago. Thank you for the great service.
