I called Precision at 8:00 am and they had someone (Austin) out to address my problems at 3:30 (right on time and he called 15 minutes before arriving). Austin was very personable from the second he got out of his truck. He quickly surveyed my garage door and let me know what needed to be done and what he recommended. He was finished in less than an hour, talking to me the entire time about what he was doing and making suggestions as to how to keep the garage door in good working order. He went above and beyond, completely tuning up not only the door but also taking care of a minor issue with my garage door opener. I couldn't be happier with the job he did and his professionalism.

From the beginning phone call in the front office through completed installation, it was a very pleasant experience. All questions were answered, the work was done efficiently and timely. I would completely recommend them. I started with a broken spring and ended up with an overhaul. The difference in operation is markedly improved.

Top notch! They came out Wednesday to look at my garage door and worked around my schedule. The repair man came out said I needed a new garage door (did not push me into purchasing one like some). Saturday they came out and installed the garage door. The installer was friendly, on time, had knowledge of the product, and professional. It only took him an hour and a half to install the garage door. It was even his scheduled day off! I would recommend Precision to anyone. An outstanding job! Thank You

Austin arrived within a couple of hours of my call to Precision Door Service. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was short the part I needed for my garage door repair. (He had used it on another repair earlier that day). A call to the office did not locate another tech in the area. The next morning he arrived, made the repair and adjusted my garage door to avoid further problems in the future. I placed your company sticker on the door for future reference.
