I called Precision late Thursday afternoon and spoke to a very friendly and efficient young lady who scheduled an appointment for noon - 4 o’clock on Friday. Joey showed up promptly at noon with a boatload of knowledge, all the parts he needed, and a big smile. He offered to replace only the springs, but showed us where when the previous homeowner replaced the garage door with a high quality door, the installer used substandard rollers, cables, etc. I’m glad he did. Since this will likely be our last home, we asked him to replace them all. Joey is an absolute asset to the company and a delight to deal with. I cannot recommend him or Precision Garage Door Service more highly.

Joey Albers was the tech assigned to my service call. Broken spring and frayed cables, rollers etc. It was an unexpected incident. My call was taken quickly and promptly assigned to a tech. The expected time was between 2 and 4 on a Friday afternoon. Joey called at 2 pm and arrived at 2:30. He got to right to work. He explained everything and I agreed to fix everything he suggested. I’m sure I could have had it done for less expense but he was here and I wasn’t in the mood to shop around for a better deal. Joey was great he offered a less expensive option and I was given a discount with an 8 year warranty. The work was completed in about an hour and I was able to get on with my day.

Alex repaired the springs on our garage door. My experience from making my appointment to the finished repair went flawlessly. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and did not even seem to mind me asking questions while I watched him work. He explained the difference between the choices of springs and rollers. He examined the door and all its parts and even lubricated all working parts when he had completed the work. I am very happy I chose Precision Doors to do our repairs. Joey was my technician in replacing my tension springs and wheels. Very nice young family man and explained everything to me in what he would be doing. Also gave me options etc and his recommendation but let me decide exactly what I wanted done based on my budget. Excellent company and super personable young man. Precision Door Service has a local (Warren County) phone number. Very knowledgeable, Jared saw the problem before I could tell him and he explained it clearly to me. We made an appointment for the company to return next week to install new equipment (provided I get approval from HOA). The problem has not yet been solved, but I am confident it will be next week. Very fine service.

Kevin was outstanding. He figured out the problem instantly and had it fixed in no time. Then, he identified a problem that I had paid to have fixed and the other company did not fix it. No need to schedule another appointment -- Kevin fixed the problem while he was here. He explained everything to me, exactly what it would cost, and then kept to the estimate -- even showing me exactly what he did when he was done. Will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing repairs.

Excellent service. My only complaint is that the e-mail invoice had 2 pages - the invoice itself was portrait, but page 2 was landscape. Most annoying when you try to print them out at once!

thought the price of 850.00 to replace 2 springs was exorbitant. But I had to get the cars out of the garage so went ahead with the repair. Repair was fine, but was stunned by the price--will do more homework next time before agreeing.

Great service. Precision answered my call very professionally and took the info needed to set up the appointment. Adam came out quickly with everything he needed to replace one garage door opener and replace an old worn out keypad on a second door. Called ahead and sent a text (with Adam's picture & background!!) when he was on the way. Adam efficiently completed the install, cleaned up the area, set everything up and was a pleasure to deal with in the entire time. I would definitely use this company again and would wholeheartedly recommend Precision and Adam.
