I was beyond impressed by the entire experience with Precision's team. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Adam was the technician who came out and fixed the garage door opener. We needed this fixed as a groundhog chewed through the wires of the garage opener! Adam was very quick and efficient. I could tell he is very knowledgeable and definitely someone I would recommend to my friends and family. He also told me about a newer garage door opener that I am thinking of getting in near future! Thank you for outstanding job.

Based on the comments provided I decided to give Precision a try. Tech called ahead and was able to come early. Installed a new opener very quickly and showed me how to operate. Great service much appreciated.

I would use this company again without hesitation. The service tech called to let me know when he would be there. He arrived on time, accessed the situation, and gave me a quote. He then returned on a Saturday and replaced (2) doors just as promised. The tech was very professional and courteous. He removed old doors and any debris. Everything was left in perfect order with (2) beautiful, new, working doors.

I had my springs, drums, and cables replaced about 1-1/2 years ago by Precision. I expected the pay for adjusting the springs but there was no charge. Great! Tyler did an excellent job and explained different motor systems after I asked and he realized my unit was 18 years old.

I contacted Precision Tuesday afternoon regarding my broken garage door opener. A technician (Adam) was immediately scheduled to come out the very next day between 2-4. At 12:30 both Adam and Heather called to see if it was OK for Adam to come out at 1:00. Adam came out, discussed the problem with me, explained his game plan and proceeded to remove the existing track and motor and replaced it with a new one which is extremely quiet which is key as our Master Bedroom is directly above the garage. Adam was very professional and efficient. Thanks Adam!

I'm disappointed in how the phone scheduling person at Precision failed to pass crucial information along to the service technician. I knew the exact part # of the Genie part to be replaced. I gave it to scheduler, and tech shows up without needed part. End result, I wasted my afternoon and valuable work time. When I called to complain, customer service rep had a lot of excuses, but little as far as apology. So, I immediately called & scheduled another company.
