Garage door spring broke over Memorial Day weekend. Called the 24 hour line on Sunday afternoon and the phone was answered by an actual person! Tuesday afternoon door was fixed and better than new. People say you get what you pay for. In the case of Precision this is absolutely true. Friendly, Prompt, Skilled Technician. Communication was excellent. Highly Recommend!!

Precision did an outstanding job of installing our garage door 7 years ago and has provided maintenance as needed with professional staff. Recently one of the two springs finally gave out. Our technician Tyler replaced both springs, balanced the tension and lubricated the rollers in about 30 minutes. He did an awesome job. With our warranty, the charge was only $75 for the service call. I love Precision

Kevin came out and replaced the rollers and got the garage door and the garage opener running again. He added some safety features to my old time springs. Technician very knowledgeable. We have had trouble in the past with the current set-up of our garage door. Technician looked at set-up and suggested a new set-up to alleviate the problem. Very pleased with the quality of work and the knowledge to better our opener. Was notified when technician was arriving and with a picture of the technician. The tech worked very hard in installing the bottom rubber seal on Garage door. It took a long time to install. The problem is, inside garage the door on the left side you can see a stream of light about 24inches the rubber seal is not not flush to the floor when the garage door is closed. I did point it out to the tech he said it is because of the garage floor. However the old floor seal was flush to the floor when close only a one inch gap was seen. This rubber seal was soft difficult to work with.I. just hope the rubber is durable. The cost was 194.00 I did take a photo.
