Isaiah Gibbs called to confirm the appointment and tell me he was on his way. Quickly and efficiently he took care of replacing the broken spring and also was able to take care of programing and providing me with a new remote. We have used Precision several times over the past few years and the service is just wonderful. We had an issue with our opener a couple of days ago. It is about 15 years old and we were concerned that we would have to replace it. Kevin came out and after making a few adjustments and replacing the rollers, it is just great. The door going up and down is also much quieter! We checked with Kevin on their new openers, so when it finally comes time to buy another one, we will definitely be contacting Precision!

Joey did a great fob, he replaced the broken spring and upgraded the second spring and the the pullies and wire and rollers, checked .his work by using two fingers to lift the door and close the door unhooked from the motor. Thanks Joey!
