Aaron came out within a day of me calling. It was Saturday morning. He was on time and texted me when he was on his way. Very nice and professional! Fixed a couple of issues that we had and was very reasonably priced. Will be using them again in a couple of weeks to have a new seal put on.

Garage door was stuck in the open position and needed repaired before nightfall. Searched web for door repair (Beavercreek) and found Precision. Called at 8:15am and asked for an appointment. Next available was the next day and I said I couldn't leave door open overnight and was asked to standby on the phone. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment that day btw 2-4pm. Thirty minutes later got a call from repair tech asking if he could come immediately to repair. By 11am my door was repaired and running smoothly. The repair Tech was Jared Rager who diagnosed and repaired the issue in less that an hour. Now that is service!!

Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open - broken spring. Called Precision at 9:00AM, got an appointment for 2:00 PM (same day), all the work was done by 3:00 PM (total rebuild - springs, pulleys, rollers, etc). Fast, efficient, friendly and very professional service. My technician today was Jared, and he was outstanding in every way. Thanks Precision for such a great company!

If you want HONESTY no worries when have no clue about the items needed repaired- then see Precision. DO NOT pay for things that do not need done, saved me hundreds today with their honesty. Garage door system is 12yrs old, stopped working, I was clueless. Ended up just needed re-set on the main box and they did it without a charge. rarely in our times do you see people first and genuine integrity in businesses. get it right and get it honest the first time-

Eighteen months ago I had a service technician from Precision tell me parts are hard to come by for my 30 year old opener but a temporary fix could be costly and short term. When he quoted me price for new unit and installation. I jumped at it. Thirty-two minutes later and he was backing down my drive and I was smiling. Today I needed service and the very same technician was at my garage stain! That says a lot, shows they have a happy well qualified tech. The fix was simple and he was amazed that I had this old garage door and he had not seen one in years. He explained the newer technology that stronger and better insulated for sound and temperature. When he told me the price. I was stunned and asked about windows in the door. He recommended windows with grids to match my homes windows. How much is that? I was stunned, said let's do it! I am so excited, can hardly wait for my neighbors to wonder where I am getting my money from! Hahaha! Thanks Adam!

I am so impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this business. I found them through Home Advisor and within an hour they contacted me. It was a Friday and on Monday they were in my garage telling me what they offered. Less than 45 minutes later I had a new garage door opener, 2 remotes with the batteries installed, a button at the inside door, added sensors AND he had installed a new keypad on the outside. He stayed while I programmed the keypad code and left me with instructions on the mobile app for my phone. He cleaned up after himself too. The Lift Master opener is so much quieter than our old system. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I replaced our broken garage door opener, but realized the door needed attention. Jeff came to our home to correct our garage door so it closes properly. He recommended the 23+ year old spring get replaced and our ancient door rollers. I researched what different materials are used by various garage door companies. Precision Garage Door uses powder coated springs and they're rated for 28,000 cycles. The rollers are lifetime lubricated and are extremely quiet. Jeff finished the job by spraying the hinges with a lubricant. The result of his 1hr job is the garage door closes and opens quieter than the new belt drive opener I installed! Outstanding work!

We had a garage door issue and our garage was not opening at our house we just closed on. It was a surprise issue we were not expecting as we prepare to move-in. We made a same day appointment and Precision called me within minutes of making the appointment online and was at our home within literally minutes of calling us. Precision quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue upon arriving. I will DEFINITELY use Precision in the future for all needs.
