ADAM DID A FINE JOB, EXCELLENT SERVICE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION DOOR SERVICE TO ANYONE. CALLED AT 11:30 AND ADAM WAS OUT THE DOOR WITH CHECK IN HAND AT 1:30. JOB WELL DONE, CUSTOMER SERVIVE AT ITS BEST.

The call for scheduling was quick and easy. They came out the next day and with in 1 hour had the problem diagnosed and fixed and was cleaned up and out the door. Also he advised us on potential future problems due to the age of garage door and things we could do to prolong the life of it.

The technician arrived in less than 2 hours after my call. Austin is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all the work he was doing and costs involved. He is a very hard worker as well as polite. Even gave me a free battery for my opener. Cleaned up everything afterwards. He was able to get the opener working again rather than me having to purchase a whole new unit. Would use Precision again.
