Precision Door is great and we request Kevin every time. The only reason I rated this a 3 is because I made an appt. and was told they would arrive between 9-11. I called at 1130 because they hadn't shown and they forgot to schedule me. Kevin did show up at 230 and they got to us as fast as they could. It just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my only day off.

These guys came out on short notice to fix a garage door opener that was damaged in a storm. They arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled time window, and resolved the issue quickly. The new opener works great. Thanks!

Helped us on 2 separate occasions to not only respond to garage door problems at odd parts of the day (nights/weekends), but also to get us on their schedule within 48 hours for a brand new door installation due to the magnitude of our problem. I also thought their pricing was reasonable given how big the problems were they dealt with. Definitely recommended.

4.5 stars. Nathan was great. He knew his stuff and installed our new opener in less than 2 hours and it works great. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, was because there was some confusion as to the inclusion of a remote entry pad in the quote. I thought it was included, but apparently it was not included.

We needed a new double garage door for one of our condo units. The old door was buckling and could have possibly collapsed on the residents' 2 vehicles. We needed a competitive price, a reasonable guarantee and fast service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service inspected the garage door on a Monday and installed a new one, including new hardware, on Tuesday. Best of all the hardware came with a lifetime guarantee. Kevin was extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient. He completed the job within about 35 minutes. It was merely a spring replacement but he checked all the other parts of the door and the opener to make sure they were in good working order. I hope we don't need any additional repairs in the future, but if we do you can bet I will be calling Precision. Thanks for the outstanding service Kevin.
