Helped us on 2 separate occasions to not only respond to garage door problems at odd parts of the day (nights/weekends), but also to get us on their schedule within 48 hours for a brand new door installation due to the magnitude of our problem. 4.5 stars. Nathan was great. He knew his stuff and installed our new opener in less than 2 hours and it works great. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, was because there was some confusion as to the inclusion of a remote entry pad in the quote. I thought it was included, but apparently it was not included.

We needed a new double garage door for one of our condo units. The old door was buckling and could have possibly collapsed on the residents' 2 vehicles. We needed a competitive price, a reasonable guarantee and fast service. Kevin was extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient. He completed the job within about 35 minutes. It was merely a spring replacement but he checked all the other parts of the door and the opener to make sure they were in good working order. I hope we don't need any additional repairs in the future, but if we do you can bet I will be calling Precision. Thanks for the outstanding service Kevin.
