My garage door broke and I getting ready to go visit my wife in the hospital. I couldn't get out of the garage. When I told the guy my wife was in the hospital. He was so thoughtful got my garage door opened so I could get my car out. He said you go to your wife we can talk more about the repair later. He didn't even charge me anything. Precision Door is great and we request Kevin every time. The only reason I rated this a 3 is because I made an appt. and was told they would arrive between 9-11. I called at 1130 because they hadn't shown and they forgot to schedule me. Kevin did show up at 230 and they got to us as fast as they could. It just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my only day off.
