I just happened to be doing a Google search for garage door repair (in Dayton, Ohio) and I came across Precision Garage Door and called them first. My technician was Kevin F. If I ever need garage door repair again, I will request him. It only took him minutes to diagnose my problem on two different occasions. I was very satisfied with his ability to diagnose. I will also recommend Precision Garage Door to friends and family.

Review:
Kevin was extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient. He completed the job within about 35 minutes. It was merely a spring replacement but he checked all the other parts of the door and the opener to make sure they were in good working order. I hope we don't need any additional repairs in the future, but if we do you can bet I will be calling Precision. Thanks for the outstanding service Kevin.
