I had an exceptional experience with Jesse. He quickly assessed the situation with my garage door, provided an immediate solution so I could safely use it, and gave me a detailed 25-point checklist on the door’s condition. At my request, he also provided quotes for three different options for a much-needed new garage door. To top it all off, he called over an hour before my appointment window, offering to arrive early, which was much more convenient for me. His professionalism and efficiency were impressive. Most highly recommend.

We had chosen to try Precision Door when we had one of our garage doors breakdown a couple years ago. We decided to try them again since they were very helpful, especially since it was during a harsh winter. We called Precision again, and we lucky that we got Mr O'Hara who was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision / Mr O'Hara to anyone.

I had a bracket repair and key pad installed last week, when the repair guy left I noticed the door was not flush on the bottom. I called and was told they would comeback. When the new repair guy should up, their invoiced showed no repair work being done, only keypad install. So basically I got the shaft and double charged. I guess I can blame myself for letting him leave without my invoice. Lesson learned on my part....

Jerad arrived promptly at the designated time and surveyed the situation pertaining to my broken garage door spring. He gave me an up-front estimate that included everything he'd be doing to make the repairs, plus the suggested upgrades to springs, rails, rollers, etc. It took him only approximately 90 minutes to complete the work; including removal of all old materials, and cleanup.
