We had a wild break in our garage door brackets and wheels on our new home. I had no idea what to do but Precision fixed the springs for the previous owner, so I figured I’d start there. Very fast communication with scheduling and Joey Albers came right out. He explained what was going on, checked the door for any more damage and gave us a very reasonable estimate. I thought I needed an expensive overhaul but Joey was able to replace all the brackets and the door is good as new! He was very informative; offered options and explained his work thoroughly. He will be our “go to” garage guy from here on out. Trustworthy, timeliness and knowledgeable!

My garage door opener chain broke first thing in the morning when we were leaving for work. I contacted Precision through their website and within 10 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. The service tech Joey A. was able to come earlier than scheduled, and he was extremely informative, professional, and expedient in his work. I was able to purchase a new opener and have it installed within about an hour. I highly recommend Precision for repairs (previously used them to replace a broken spring) and opener installations.

The hardware and springs on our garage door were in bad shape. I contacted Precision Door Service. The young man that came to our home went above and beyond. I called Precision Door to discuss my issue and they advised a serviceman would be available later in the afternoon to evaluate the problem, quote a price and repair, all at the same time should I choose. I received a text advising a serviceman was on the way, two hours sooner than originally told and 45 minutes later the garage door worked like a brand new install. The spring had broken and the technician, Alex Henderson, was very nice, explained what needed to be done advising the job would take approximately 30 minutes. His timing was right on! I felt the rates quoted was fair considering I knew nothing about what was being done and after watching him labor at the task, I was most pleased with my decision to use Precision Door. I would highly recommend this business and Alex is absolutely a credit to this firm.

I believe Precision takes advantage of their customers by not disclosing all their charges up front. That what happen to me, they told me they charge $250 and up for spring and service charge of 75.00 but added charges for lubrication 130.00 and spring reset for 145.00. One spring for $ 385.00. I would use another contractor instead.

Saw your commercial! Your technician came out and did what we needed. Put a new opener on one door and fixed the safety device on the other. Tyler Lung is our tech to deal with garage doors in the future for sure. Very knowledgeable with a great attitude, a pleasant man with everything in his truck to do what we needed done. My Garage door spring failed during a late Saturday evening with a loud bang, with both personal vehicles now trapped in the closed garage. My online search efforts located your online website with the popup chat and I took the chance considering the late hour to enter my issue and was impressed by an immediate response from Rachel. I was informed the 1st available appointment would be Monday 8 - 10 AM and provided an estimated cost for the torsion spring replacement to include the service call fee. The appointment was confirmed via email and text messages. Early Monday morning I received a phone call from Brian Payne, the Service Technician, to inform me he was on his way for the appointment. Brian arrived shortly after 8 AM, was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and proposed minimal repair options vs costly long term door replacement considerations. Based on his assessment I opted for the minimal repair, removal and replacement of the broken spring. Brian's quick installation of the new spring to include inspection of parts and door alignment demonstrated his keen attention to detail and experience. At my request, Brian provided me with a future garage door replacement cost estimate. I plan to keep Precision Door Service in my contacts.

We needed one torsion spring on our garage door. Received a quote of $250 when I called them. When the technician arrived, the quote jumped to $ 461. I was furious and told him to leave but the wife wanted it fixed. This was not the fault of Brent the technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Only after he called the office was I quoted this ridiculous price. If you like getting ripped off, then this is the company to call. ????

Crazy expensive 2 spring replacement $750 My 60+ year old wooden grauge door had broken its spring, Kevin O'Hara was my tech that came and repaired it very quickly and cleaned up so well the only way I knew he was there was by my new springs. Precision Door does annual preventative maintence on our garage doors, which they installed several years ago. This keeps our garage door in good condition. Kevin called and texted us before he came out. He was on time, courteous, and does and excellent job.
