service tech came out and reviewed the issue, never took any thing apart wanted to charge me $270+ for a $20 dollar part on amazon. he still was trying to up sell me when i told him to foget it. Screw Drive Carriage Assembly I would not reccomend this company to anyone

Brent was very knowledgeable and friendly. We provided me options to repair my door, which I really appreciated. He showed-up on time and repaired my door. He then made some adjustments and oiled the moving parts to ensure I didn't have any other issues in the near-term. I will use this company again if I ever have any future issues.

Your Team far exceeded my expectations! It began with your text telling me when your technician would arrive but also some back ground information about him and his picture. An added safety factor which was appreciated. Brent got my input and ask additional questions to get a good understanding of my problems with my garage door opener. He found the problem to be sensor related. He fixed that problem. Then he turned to the second issue - noise. He found a bolt which worked itself loose. He replaced the bolt and lubed the entire system. The garage door opener now works and sounds like new. Fantastic! Thank you and your team for a quick response and especially Brent who did the work on the opener. He was courteous and professional. A real asset to your company!

I was a little bit worried about the repair price, but don’t let that steer you away because the quality of parts, labor and warranty more than rationalize it. We had Brian out to fix out torsion spring; he was very knowledgeable, kind and very quick on swapping out parts during installation. Would recommend if you want the best product and installation.

I wanted to stay away from “Angi List” supported services and I wanted a 4+ star rating and Precision Door was first on the list. They were able to schedule an immediate appointment. Brian called 1/2 hour before the promised appointment window to say he was on the way. He was professional, personable and helpful. I was facing a time constraint which put the ordering/delivery/installation in jeopardy. Brian reached out to his manager who was able to look locate the item needed and Brian was able to schedule a satisfactory installation timeframe.

Friday morning the garage door wouldn’t go up more than a few inches. Called to see about getting it repaired. Two hours later the technician arrived. Took a few minutes to find the problem. Took another fifteen minutes to give me a quote for repair which included four levels for repair. Very nice to have those options available. I chose the option that fit our needs. One hour later garage door was repaired. I was truly impressed that over a matter of a few hours the door was repaired. Technician was very professional and took all the time needed to explain all options to me. Do contact this company for your garage door needs!

Same day service. Eric called and said he was running early could he come. I said absolutely. He said 20 min and it was exactly 20 min. He came in very respectful, I told him my issues he checked out the situation and told me what I needed exactly and how much it would cost. Tyler did an excellent job and in record time. He was professional and respectful of a woman who just lost her husband. The heavy wooden garage door needs replaced but current funds only support the repair of the broken spring and/or cable which would not allow the door to open. Tyler fixed the cable and provided options for a replacement, including the partial application of today’s investment toward the replacement door.

I was extremely pleased with my service from Precision Door. I received service the day after I requested it. The technician, Brent, showed up within the time window I was given. He replaced all my rollers, lubricated all my rollers, hinges, opener track and springs. And they had an online coupon that saved me $. Highly recommend. Much cheaper than other local repair providers.

The technicians were professional and polite, the install was great. The clean up... very poor! Nails were left all over the driveway and garage from the replaced trim. Understand that sometimes things can be missed with the magnetic nail sweeper, but I found 18 nails, lag screws and all other hardware from the old door laying in the driveway and garage. Future customers check their work before they leave or you will get a flat tire!
