I was extremely pleased with my service from Precision Door. I received service the day after I requested it. The technician, Brent, showed up within the time window I was given. He installed a new keypad for my garage door and helped me program it. He also performed other routine maintenance on my garage door. Brent was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable.

I contacted them because they had great ratings. I was able to get a same day appointment. Adam was great! He was done in less than 30 minutes and was super nice!. He replaced all my rollers, lubricated all my rollers, hinges, opener track and springs. And they had an online coupon that saved me $. Highly recommend. Much cheaper than other local repair providers.

The technicians were professional and polite, the install was great. The clean up... very poor! Nails were left all over the driveway and garage from the replaced trim. Understand that sometimes things can be missed with the magnetic nail sweeper, but I found 18 nails, lag screws and all other hardware from the old door laying in the driveway and garage. Future customers check their work before they leave or you will get a flat tire!

I don’t give a perfect rating because I don’t believe there is such a thing in work. However I will say that the service I received was pretty close to perfect. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable in what he was doing! They did a great job installing the doors. The guys were friendly, helpful and left no mess, they cleaned up everything. We felt completely comfortable with them. We also accidentally over paid and they called the next day to tell us and issue the refund. Definitely will go through them again and highly recommend.

We had a gay door that would not close or open. I emailed Precision on Thursday evening. In less than an hour we had an appointment set for Friday morning between 8 and 10. Kevin texted that he was on his way at 8:25 and here by 8:45. We could not fix an opener that was 21 years old but a new opener was in and Kevin was gone by 9:52 am. I was able to go to work. Customer Service is fantastic!! I can’t say anything else. Customer Service.

It was great that they had all the parts on the truck ready to go. Had called for a broken spring, but I wanted more done thinking he had to come back another day, but he had everything stocked on the truck including a new belt driven opener. Same day service and it is so quite now. Thanks Zach!

Tyler did an excellent job and in record time. He was professional and respectful of a woman who just lost her husband. The heavy wooden garage door needs replaced but current funds only support the repair of the broken spring and/or cable which would not allow the door to open. Tyler fixed the cable and provided options for a replacement, including the partial application of today’s investment toward the replacement door.
