Zach is a Cincinnatian transplanted to the Centerville area. A father of an adorable little girl, he spends his days off at playgrounds and taking her fishing. Zach has been in the repair industry for several years, and within the last few years focused his attention to Garage doors. He is a great asset to our Precision Team.

I was very pleased with the garage door repair. Jason came same day. He was both friendly and professional. I believe our garage door is repaired for now although it is an old door so time will tell. I really liked it that I was sent a photo of Jason before he arrived. I was notified when he was on his way and upon his arrival. Technician very knowledgeable. We have had trouble in the past with the current set-up of our garage door. Technician looked at set-up and suggested a new set-up to alleviate the problem. We called Precision to have the springs replaced on our garage door and we were very happy we did. They came out in one day and fixed the whole thing in 1/2 hour.
