Saw your commercial! Your technician came out and did what we needed. Put a new opener on one door and fixed the safety device on the other. Tyler Lung is our tech to deal with garage doors in the future for sure. Very knowledgeable with a great attitude, a pleasant man with everything in his truck to do what we needed done. Oh yeah was a great surprise for my wife who has been dealing with that 25 year old constant problem, well done Tyler thanks Sincerely J. Forte

Wanted someone that could come today. Called about 10:45 am. Was told they could have someone here between 12 and 2 pm. Got a call about 20 minutes later that if I was home, he'd be on his way. Had it fixed and gone before my 12 -2 pm appointment. The sensor lights were out. He showed me the problem before fixing and told me exactly what it was going to cost.

We had chosen to try Precision Door when we had one of our garage doors breakdown a couple years ago. We decided to try them again since they were very helpful, especially since it was during a harsh winter. We called Precision again, and we lucky that we got Mr O'Hara who was quick and efficient.
