My garage door broke and I getting ready to go visit my wife in the hospital. I couldn't get out of the garage. When I told the guy my wife was in the hospital. He was so thoughtful got my garage door opened so I could get my car out. He said you go to your wife we can talk more about the repair later. He didn't even charge me anything. That's just shows that there are still nice people in this world. I will get my garage door replace when my wife gets out of the hospital and this will be the company I choose. Thank-you so much. Our garage door recently malfunctioned and needed immediate attention. I called Precision Door, and they sent a technician to our home within 24 hours to fix our door. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and had our garage door back up and running perfectly. Precision Door is great and we request Kevin every time. The only reason I rated this a 3 is because I made an appt. and was told they would arrive between 9-11. I called at 1130 because they hadn't shown and they forgot to schedule me. Kevin did show up at 230 and they got to us as fast as they could. It just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my only day off.

Very grateful to the folks at Precision. Helped us on 2 separate occasions to not only respond to garage door problems at odd parts of the day (nights/weekends), but also to get us on their schedule within 48 hours for a brand new door installation due to the magnitude of our problem. I also thought their pricing was reasonable given how big the problems were they dealt with. Definitely recommended.

4.5 stars. Nathan was great. He knew his stuff and installed our new opener in less than 2 hours and it works great. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, was because there was some confusion as to the inclusion of a remote entry pad in the quote. I thought it was included, but apparently it was not included.

We needed a new double garage door for one of our condo units. The old door was buckling and could have possibly collapsed on the residents' 2 vehicles. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service inspected the garage door on a Monday and installed a new one, including new hardware, on Tuesday. Best of all the hardware came with a lifetime guarantee.
